I have a copy of the lien in front of me. The stamp on it says "Recorded 17 Nov 2003...Register of Deeds..etc", so I have no idea how the title co. missed it.[/quote]

just out of curiosity; does the lien have a 'legal description' listed or attached to it? If it does, does it list your lot number or does it refer to the piece of acreage it came out of?
