A customer came in wanting a gun. I was unable to provide him one because of the wait time and his past criminal record. Since Customer service is odf the utmost importance, I took it upon myself to go outside standard policy and get him the fully automatic assult rifle he wanted for protection; he had it in his hands about an hour later when I delivered it right to his front door, fully loaded with a 100 rd magazine. He offered me a generous tip, but I declined as it was company policy.
Negative:
Some old lady came into my store looking for a present for her son. She didn't look like she had any money, so I called the cops and told them she was harrassing my other customers. She was hauled out in chains. But it made me feel good inside.
