So if you get the runs after eating, does it negate any of the nutritional content of said meal?

We've all had it happen. A nice meal, or not so nice. And the rumbling starts. Cramping and the "stay together cheeks!" waddle. No fibery zeppelins to be found here.

So the meal was 1000 calories and 50g of fat.

Does the post game show have any effect on the above numbers?

If so, it seems like it'd be preferable to bulimia. Or is it just a signal to the crap tract to expunge all contents to get ready for what's about to enter them?

And yeah yeah, shit thread. But I do ask it as a serious question. Not that I'm trying to lose weight...just get curious.

Overload your digestive system with too much food, and the digestion process takes some shortcuts.

That's the primary concept behind olestra/Orlistat. It prevents your body from absorbing/breaking down fats and just lets them slide on through. You miss out on the calories that they provide.

Dunno. I eat and crap so much that I'd be a bad example. 5500 calories a day is rough.

Digestion takes time. If you are vacating your bowels within an hour or two after eating, it is most assuredly not from your most recent meal.

Let's say 30 seconds.

Good Lord man. Why?:Q

Pic of me

I'm 6'6", 226... and could easily put on another 20-30 pounds without really being overweight. I'm up from 193 last November.
