PC-3200 or PC-4000 Ballistix?

I'm currently running PC4000 Ballistix which give a speed range (on my PC) of:

2.5, 2, 2, 5 up to 245Mhz
2.5, 3, 3, 6 up to 270Mhz and
3, 3, 3, 8 up to 295Mhz (I'm only able to use 2T at this setting)

I suspect that PC3200 will have a similar range but probably a drozen Mhz or lower.

i'm using 2x1 gig pc4000 ballistix

3-3-3-7 1T with 2.8 volts at 280 but i've tested these up to 290

I wish I new what was stopping me running 1T at 3, 3, 3, 7 2.85volts (The maximum my motherboard will give me.)
