So I wonder what this folder in my computer is....Can I safely delete it?

A really weird folder shows up in my local hard drive. The folder name is f82fdf68637c5399a8133cef9d961db0 .....really weird...I dunno why it's there but it's there. Takes up 66mb in my HD...I wonder if i can delete it or not? I am guessing it's just some backup files or files created when I restored my system. Anyone has any thought? Also, I dunno why some of the file names are in blue instead of black..@_@

All file names in it is in blue....so I wonder what the heck it is..
 
its probly safe to delete. if not sure just put it in the trashcan and go about your normal business. if something is wrong you can always undelete.
