i'm glad everything worked out from a legal standpoint, sometimes taking out the trash can end up being more than just a cut-and-dried situation these days. no lawsuits, phew! anyway, i bet your sister is very proud of you and feels much safer.

Glad you weren't busted for it.

Hopefully your sister won't get any hassles as that is always a possibility when this sort of thing happens. They could taunt her more or your family. Hope it doesn't happen though. These punks a few weeks ago threatened my family and brothers. I came back home from work to 'protect' it from these crazy people planning to 'wreck' our house and dump stuff in the front garden. They didn't turn up but I would have kicked some ass if they did anything untowards.

I laughed and asked them "don't you fvckwits have anything better to do?"
the older on replied "no, so we're just gunna sit here and bag out you slope head sister"
I don't remember to much after that I can recall, head butting the older on off the fence he was sitting on and seeing him fall off backwards, and seeing the other one come running towards me, but I was dragged off the older one by two police officers and taken down to the police station and interviewed, from what they have told me (according to witnesses) I knocked the younger one out with one punch when he came running at me and I then jumped the fence and proceded to kick the crap out of the 18 year old before he could get up off the ground.
the police told me that they would have to wait a day or two before they can interview the two boys as they were both admitted to hosipital, the 16yr old has a severe concussion, and the 18yr old has 3 broken ribs, a broken nose and fractured cheek bone.
But I don't remember any of it, beyond hitting the first boy.
I won't find out for a few days if I will be charged with assault, but the police officer who interviewed me reccommened that i should go up to the hospitial and be checked out, he reckons that I may have given myself a head injury as it was the headbutt that broke the guy's nose and cheek.
damn..what a fvcked up day, although on a better note my little sister feels that she can walk home again without being teased...and she does some pretty cool renactments of what happened, to try and help me remember.


UPDATE : I had a visit at 5pm today from the police officer handling the case and he informed me that, at the wishes of the boys parents no charges are to be filed against me.
It seems that the two boys were in voilation of a restraining that the school had taken out against them a few months before and the boys weren't allowed with in 500m's of any school in the town.
The police officer went on to tell me that they would be taking action against the boy's for this and TWO break and enters that had accured earlier during the day.
he said that if charges had been laid agianst me, they would have asked the judge for leaniency, he then congratulated me for sorting out the "LITTLE SH*TS" as he put it and he said he would have done the same.
So now I can breath a sigh of relief
