i dont care what anyone else says but Mad Props to you

job well done

QFT. They definitely had it coming if they kept talking sh1t even after you showed up. If they're gonna start a fight with someone, you have the right to fight them back.
IMO, 16-5=11; 26-16=10; 11>10; you did something less wrong than they did 😉.
Glad to hear you're not in trouble.

81 is more than 11 > 65. hmmm. an 81 yr old shouldn't beat on a 65 yr old. 😉

agreed.

UPDATE : I had a visit at 5pm today from the police officer handling the case and he informed me that, at the wishes of the boys parents no charges are to be filed against me.
It seems that the two boys were in voilation of a restraining that the school had taken out against them a few months before and the boys weren't allowed with in 500m's of any school in the town.
The police officer went on to tell me that they would be taking action against the boy's for this and TWO break and enters that had accured earlier during the day.
he said that if charges had been laid agianst me, they would have asked the judge for leaniency, he then congratulated me for sorting out the "LITTLE SH*TS" as he put it and he said he would have done the same.
So now I can breath a sigh of relief

 😀

Good work and JWD. I'm sure they deserved everything that they had comming. Glad to see you didn't take any heat too, that was the happy ending in my opinion.

Am I the only one who finds this story too hard to believe... a kid had a concussion and his parents refused to press charges? As good as this story sounds its most likely shens.

They didn't press charges because the kids had a restraining order but they were at the school anyways dude.

I know that, I read the post. I still find it hard to believe that the parents didn't press charges. Kids have a violating a restraining order doesn't mean people could beat them up. They are going to be charged regardless. If the injuries were as serious as they sound, they don't press charges. One of them is 18 ... he could press charges himself.

the cops that the parents came to may have seriously "encouraged" the parents not to press charges. things like that do happen.

Yes, the police did encourage the parents to not press charges, they offered to drop the voilation of the restraining order, but are still following up the two counts of break and enter. the boys will probably be put away for awhile as they are repeat offenders.

kick ass, hopefully, nothing will happen to you. Sometimes I wish I could fvck some kids up to teach them a lesson, but hitting minors is against the law.

Congrats. And even more congrats on the Aussie cops for knowing who the real bad guys are.

Good thing you're not in the US. Sad to say that while the parents might not have pressed charges... they would have surely sued you.
