So.. I was just working out and my pinky finger started..

closing by itself.. I would force it open and it would involuntarily close. wtf is going on? How many hours do I have left?

I stopped working out and left once this started happening. Been about 30 min since I left and it hasn't happened again.

It was doing that for a good 10 minutes but everything seems normal now.

I had whey protein mixed with milk when I got home. I haven't eaten much today so maybe just messed up electrolytes?

if it 'sticks' , you may have some tendon inflammation , try some ibuprofen
