I want a dark black, the darkest flat black there is. what type of face paint should i get? (waterbased/safe for skin please)

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be his intent. Considering there's the whole "black as night" shadow ghost stuff he could be going for. Besides, "blacks" don't literally have black skin.
