Well the question for me is, how many rounds can SHE go? When is SHE fully satisfied? Once she is, she takes a breather with me stroking her head/hair, then she either takes care of me alone or we take care of each other at the same time...so to speak. But I can be ready to go again pretty fast.
I think the concerns here are valid ones. I think I'm too young to be messing with them...especially without the "OK" from my doctor. I don't think I need them, and I know my GF doesn't think I need them.

after seeing priapism treatment at the ER as a volunteer there, I can definitely say that while the priapism itself may be painful, the treatment can be a hundred times more painful.
the procedure involves 1) inserting needle into one side of the erect penis, and draining the blood by the doctor grabbing the penis and squeezing (can you say pain??), 2) inserting another needle into the other side of the penis, and draining the blood from there also. honestly, it is really unbelievable how much blood goes into an erect penis. in the person's case i saw, he had sickle cell anemia, causing the pain to be at least a hundred times worse than normal. unfortunately, this procedure did not work for him the first time, so they had to try it SEVERAL times. poor guy.
that said, i'm sure in almost all cases the drug is safe. give it a whirl.

I was actually prescribed the stuff. Last year I was stress at work, life?everything that it got to the point that I really couldn?t perform. Went to the urologist and he gave me some samples. Told me to use them and relax and this would help me just get over it. It worked alright. Just use it every so often now. I am 30.

It isn't hard to get it up, over and over again. Just don't drink loads and be in some sort of shape and do some kegal exercises.

I'd love to give it a try at least once. But as my situation turns out, the wife is willing to help me out almost as often as I request. Even then however, she is some times reluctant. Most of the time she wants it quick cuz she's too tired/has stuff to do/just doesn't want to/etc etc etc.
If I tried it, one of two things would happen:
1. She would be completely turned off by it, and mad at me for subjecting myself to the risks of taking it.
2. She'd be ok with it for 1 round...then I'd be stuck lying there all night pitching a tent with the sheets.
Either way, cons out-weigh the pros 🙁

1. I never told my girl I was taking any. She likes our times to be quick but very often. She even asked if I could do it 10times in a day. I told her no. But she said I can do it in 2 minutes then wait 1 hour and go again. I had to explain why that would not work. I also used the 10mg pills at first as I also did not want to risk the 20mg since it was still working, just not up to her standards. 😉
2. I only have a hard on when I am aroused. It does not stay hard by itself, only when... called for. But when you are aroused it comes to mast very quick.
