So I took off the wheels to my computer chair

Remember the ones from staples that they called "EXECUTIVE LEATHER CHAIRS".... well now i'm having the best time playing driving games... it feels weird and will mess up your floor but it will give you the ability to react to games...... yippppppieeeeee

btw if you don't know what i mean just try it i recommend carpet... and i take no responsibility for your injuries... 🙂

What do you mean? You took off the wheels so now your chair doesn't move on the floor? How's this helping with driving games?

it's actually pretty cool i could move side to side back to back and every which way like i'm reacting to be shot at... i just thought some gamers might find it interesting especially playing exciting games such as quake III or something.... it really involves your body in the game.... but hey whatever floats your boat ffm

the chair doesn't rest solidly on the ground... so you could use it to pivot. I tried making myself fall down but it reacts like those punching clowns it just won't go down unless you really force yourself.

it's obvious you haven't tried it... so your assuming it doesn't move. Oh well hope someone tries it to validate me.

The support pole rests in the middle of caster assembly. Most chairs are set up in a way that bottom of support pole extends slightly below where wheel attaches.

When you take the wheels off, your chair will balance on floor like a pogo stick with a circular flange that prevents you from leaning far.

Needless to say you're rocking on the center pole and it concentrates all your weight on one spot and it damages the carpet and floor.

This is also the exact reason why products have to include a disclaimer that the manufacture is not liable for product misuse.

Picture a bicycle wheel resting on the ground on its axle. Great pressure is exerted on ground at the axle but the circumference of rim prevents the axle from "falling over".

well i place a disclaimer... but it's too much fun... my ass is kinda hurting though... think i'll put the wheels back

well, I suppose I can't comment. I lean into corners when peeking around...like somehow physically moving my head will let me see better.
