went to the gym today and they took a electromagnetic body composition test . came in at 21.4% so does this mean 21.4% of my body is fat? lookin to decrease it to 15 by summer. mainly diet i guess?
While those handheld gym ones do pretty much suck, they are reasonably close if you are properly hydrated and didn't just wake up or finish a workout. 6%? What are you talking? 10-15 lb?
