Type it all up, very carefully, and submit a complaint to the Realtor association, if she's a licensed Realtor.

Realtor associations are only there to mediate commission disputes between Realtors. As long as that agent is paying her dues and making money for her office no one cares how bad you think she is. Nothing short of her being vilified on the 6 o Clock news will cause the Realtor association to take any action.

That's what I thought. Realtors like to keep the warm and fuzzy feeling going, fsck the customer they are only annoying.
