My norton one was pretty irritating, but I got it for free from my school so I figured I'd use it.

I keep my windows stuff all updated, run antivir at 5pm everyday, and antispyware beta everynight at 2am, and i've never had a problem ;D

always run the antivir and antispyware realtime things as well
