So I saw Silent Hill last night ...

Okay I get the ending how and stuff, and mid movie how where Rose and Chris were in the same school hallway, however they couldn't see eachother because they were in "different worlds".

And then at the end the same thing happened.

Now my question is, and the other people I saw it with were wondering this as well, did Rose, Sharon, and the police officer all die when they crashed at the beginning, and the whole "community" living in Silent Hill were all already dead, and Rose, Sharon, and the police officer were in this "limbo" land trying to finish the little girls revenge on the people who burned her?

I realize it could also just be like a split universe, but it would also make sense if they were dead due to some of the dialog towards the people of Silent Hill. But if Shanon and Rose and the cop died, where were their bodies?

So that also makes me think that maybe they DID just get into this "other" dimension, but if they did get into the other dimension, how exactly did they get there?" Also, there were some of those weird enemies (when Rose first meets the cop) when they aren't even in the darkness world.

All good questions. I have no idea either. I attribute it to Hollywood not being able to come up with a decent plotline.

The plotline was perfect in this movie. It made sense %99 other than that one part I wanted to clear up.

It was also definitely the best game --> movie conversion to date. It had so many things that I remembered from the game 7-8 years ago that came back to me while watching the movie.
