I'm not done with what I'm reading right now but I picked it up anyway cause sales are awesome. Looking forward to reading it!

Thanks! I'd appreciate a review, good or bad. Once you hit the magic number of 50 Amazon will recommend it to people browsing similar works.

I took a chance and bought a print copy on Amazon
You're a lifer here so I took your word that it was good even though you are the author Xman.
When I get through it I'll leave me review. Looking forward to the read!

Yay! Congratulations!

Up to 26 reviews and only one 2-star.

I feel like messaging that guy and asking him if he's ever read anything by George R.R. Martin, Tom Clancy, David Weber or Stephen King. Unprofessional but OH SO TEMPTING.

2-star review:

To many character perspectives
ByJ. Donovanon October 14, 2016
Format: Paperback
Too much jumping around to become invested in any character. I made it about 30% through the book before the shifting perspectives pushed me away. There are people that clearly enjoy this writing style but it is not for me.

What's weird is, IMO the 4-star reviews are the ones that sell the book.

By the way, I was oh, so tempted by giving you a three star review, "I knocked off two stars because the video game was better."

Dude, there's a video game? I would totally play that.

State of Decay came close but the sandbox isn't big enough.

I'm only 20% through but I'm really enjoying it so far. Assuming you don't fuck up the remaining 80% nice job! 😀

I've got my fingers crossed. I personally felt the first quarter of the book was a bit of a slow burn, and I pushed back on my editors that wanted to trim some of the flashback action sequences. So if you've made it this far, it (IMHO) starts trucking along after this point.

Great thing buddy, total accomplishment.

I imitated a book once. I could think of no name for it, so the front cover said
[Untitled]

There were over 400 pages, totally blank. All white space, except for the bottom left corner of page 266, where there was one word "what ?"

Time to update my signature, my next book comes out March 1 and I just had a short story accepted in an upcoming sci-fi anthology! 😉

I finally finished reading 2312 by K.S.Robinson and have made it through about the first 200 pages of "A Place Outside the Wild."
Its good reading. I like all the many references and all the research that went into the story.

I don't think the woman will want to read it, but she didn't read any of Max Brooks stuff either ....

I was surprised but I have a lot of very good reviews from women. I don't know if they are just more apt to leave a review or if it appeals to that demographic for some reason.

Can't remember when I started reading it, but I'm about 60% through now. I like it, been reading it more often than I was before and it's coming together nicely.

I'm about 8,000 words into the sequel. Hope to have it out around September.

Bought your book back in October(likely drinking), may read it before the decade is over. I'm not a book reader but keep thinking I should start! Forgot I even bought it until I heard a random radio ad for some audio book site.
