i read some news articles on it and he was bashed on, especially by that huffington chick. he made a few semi-sexist comments about her and she which gave her fuel about him being a womanizer.

Good quote. Full Article

The tension between the two peaked when Schwarzenegger began to cut Huffington off and she said, "This is the way you treat women, we know that. But not now."

Schwarzenegger replied, "I just realized that I have a perfect part for you in Terminator 4,"

See, that is why we need Arnie.
Who cares about his politics.
We need someone with the snappy one-liners.

According to what I've read so far, Davis won... All the other candidates were so drawn into attacking each other personally that they forgot they were running for govenor. Sure puts a "doubt" in your mind as to who to vote for, or whether to even bother voting at all. I know you can't do much worse then Davis has done for Cali, but these fools might be up for the challenge

I don't know about you guys, but I think an upset was at hand (IMO)

-The Green Party candidate (right of the host of the debate) made some REALLLY good points about the universal health care, he had STRAIGHT Forwards answers and never really jumped from ship to ship when giving his statements.

-AhhNold has been repeating his speeches since like Aug 18 or whatever. Sure HE CAN be a good governor, but stuttering, repeating yourself Over and Over and Over is not getting anybody elected.

-The lady in the debate.. ARRRG she's just the bashing everyone else.... barely got her message accross, I found her even LESS tolerable than AhhNold

-Bustamante... that guy had the chance with G Davis to turn things around... no one gets a second chance in politics... (err..wait. Bush family.. :( )

-McKlintok... sounds like a certain 2000 Republican Presidential Front Runner, whom after has taken the office has a acute case of Amnesia and forgets what he was preaching in 99-00

In the end... I choose NOT to Recall G. Davis... (heck MANY people would want to get rid of Pataki here in NY for his mismanagement of OUR Budget and need for resources.. but he's a republican and Democrats ACTUALLY respect the elections and its outcomes...unlike some other certain political party)

Whatever. People who ACTUALLY respect the election process don't bitch about it and say how it's not fair after the fact just because they lost. We've had the same electoral college election system for a long fvcking time. None of those democrats bitched about it then. I can't believe how some people don't seem to understand the reason we have an electoral college system instead of a straight popular vote system. Hint: it has to do with the whole idea of having a union of states and not just one big country with one big government.
