Other comments aside - Out of curiosity I just spoke to a colleague. A gynecologist who has done an oncology rotation and has experience in breast cancer research.
Her response either gross medical malpractice and an unbelievably bad / criminal hospital or BULLSHIT. And she came down on this being a BULLSHIT story. That or the OP has really messed up dates, diagnosis, etc and is lacking in all details.
Any stomach cancer would involve looking in the belly and abdominal area for signs of spreading. First, upon admission, any woman of child bearing age would be given a pregnancy test. SOP. Esp. with abdominal issues.
The surgeons would look for signs of metastasis. This is a very deadly cancer. When it hurts it is often too late.
Chemo and/or radiation would not start again without a pregnancy test.
A 6 month old fetus would therefore not be overlooked next to impossible.
And if the hospital was so negligent to not give a pregnancy test they would not have the staff to do such a complicated surgery. The stomach is removed etc. and it is a very long and complicated process. It is hard to believe they can be so negligent and skilled at the same time.
Perhaps the OPs information is off or he doesnt have all the details but as it stands this does not pass the professional / educated sniff test.
Back to you OP. As it stands you are looking like a troll.
