well my g/f was nice enough to pick me up a sonata 2 case from fry's, but when i got it home somebody switched it out for a sonata 1. not only that they didn't include half the parts. so do i go back to fry's bitch them out with guns blazing or do i pretend like nothing happen and just return it saying i dont' want it. i'm afraid if i tell them it's the wrong case they'll tell me tuff sh|t i should have looked at it before leaving.

Just tell them what happened, they'll probably give you a new one. If not, have your girlfriend go in and say she got you the wrong thing.

looking at the cases they are pretty much identical, so i understand how they can be mistaken. on the other hand if you get paid to watch out for this stuff then do your job right.

Yeah I wouldn't bitch them out, usually if you are nice and explain the situation they will be more than happy to help you out. Also after you get this taken care of and get the case you were supposed to get, write then a nice but stern letter about how you are disappointed with their service and explain the situation and you would be surprised some of the things companies do to keep customers.

fry's has a very customer friendly return policy. i've had to deal with switched out items a few times, but they accepted the return without a hitch.

FRYS EMPLOYEE: Yeah, so this dude comes in bitching about his Sonata 2 case and Im thinking, "Dude, WTF, just get a new one already". Its not like I had anything to do with the fsking missing parts!
