SO I just fell asleep in class...

Bah... I slept all the time, even in small classes. No biggie. If you get your work done and know your sh!t, they won't complain.
 
I fell asleep while we were reading through a Shakespeare play in class, quite embaressing. Teacher wasn't too happy either. But it wasn't my fault.
 
Yeah now tell teach that your posting in an online forum while in class!!!😀

Years ago a friend of mine did that in a high school class. The teacher called his name three times and still could not get him to wake up.

So he got up from his desk, walked over to my friend's desk and yelled:

FIRE!



My friend woke up.
 
I remember almost falling out of my seat in college during a film we were watching when I nodded off. A little embarassing but received a lot of laughter from the class 😉
 
Another time in a large auditorium type class I fell asleep and woke up making a loud uhhhhhh! noise. Everyone look at me so I pointed at the guy sitting a few seat away from me.

I once fell asleep and my head went SMACK into the desk. I just went "Muthafscker that smarts!". Teacher let me slide.
 
i was really sleep...and i was trying not to fart. i ended up falling asleep..and ended up farting. and that woke me up.

a class of size 30. nobody said anything though. not even the teacher...even though at one time when i fell asleep in class, she made me get up and stand against the wall so i wouldnt fall asleep agian.
 
Worst is when you fall asleep and start snooring. That happened once in one of my class during an exam. Good thing the professor has an good sense of humor and said, "See, my exam is so easy you can even do it while sleeping."
 
Yeah I sleep alot in my classes. The teachers are pretty much used to it and don't give a fvck anymore. :beer:

I can fall alseep standing up. Did it at a concert once.

we had a seminar where this fat old dude would snore loudly, expel gas, and flinch.... and then he would intermittently wake up and talk compulsively for a few minutes ... the professor was afraid of him, too.

Same here

I was in a small classroom of 40 people had my chair tipped back against a Door that I thought was never used...well I thought wrong woke up when I hit the floor also 😉

My best friend fell asleep in our 11th grade high-school english classes during a test. I remember looking over at him right after he awoke and seeing this look of sheer panic on his face. I asked him later what happened, and he told me that he had a dream that he'd peed his pants. He woke up believing that he had dones so in the middle of class, and was contemplating how the hell he was going to get out of the classroom without anyone realizing what he had done.
 
There was a chubby girl in one of my CS classes who sat in the last seat in the back row. Well she fell asleep one time and started snoring. Real quiet at first, so when we first heard it, we didn't know what it was or where it was coming from. Then we realized it was her. We didn't notice she was asleep cause her head wasn't down, her chin was flabby enough that if she slouched a little it would hold her head up! When we finally figured it out we were doing all we could to keep from crack up at loud. Then she started getting louder! OMG we were dying. The professor had to keep talking louder and louder to be heard over her till the voice got so loud it woke her up.
 
I used to fall asleep in high school all the time. Mostly in my math classes... they were really boring.

Anyways, one day the teacher got all pissed that I kept falling asleep in his class. He wrote a problem on the board and called my name. I woke up, wiped the sleep out of my eyes, and answered the question. After that, he never bothered me about sleeping in class again 😀
