go double check, but bring a crow bar (in case you run into hoodlums) and wear a ski mask (because it might be cold)
Do you live in Florida?
Wow. Just be a good neighbor, and don't worry too much else about "things."

iwearnosox is going to have to move again, way to go OP.
Is there a non-suspicious way to double check all exterior doors on your neighbors house are locked, when it's 10:00 PM?
I couldn't but help feel like a criminal.
Friend just wanted me to double check... (OCD thing)
:sneaky:

-wear a safety vest(day glo orange with reflector stripes)
-carry a big flashlight
-talk (or fake a call) on celphone and be obnoxiously loud
-mumble and gripe under your breath about what a hassle your neighbor is putting you thru
no one will even bother looking twice at you.
Let me know what system you use and how much attention it attracts. My neighbors just got a new 60" TV and I might want to check their doors. Just to make sure everything is nice and secure.
I did take my gun with me :\ but I always have that with me 😀
I need to test my alarm company one day. I'll "forget" to lock my door but arm the system.
Walk in, and when they ask to ID myself I'll say I'm just a friend checking up on the house.
Wonder how they would handle that. If they do their job they should ask for the verbal code no matter how convincing I sound. They seem pretty good though, I purposely spilled some water on the water sensor and less than 5 seconds later I got a phone call from them about water in the basement.
