So I had lunch with Arnold Schwarzenegger today...

Ok I didn't have lunch with him... but he was at my school around what could be considered as lunch time giving a speech. He was a great public speaker, very at ease. The place was packed with people, I couldn't get anywhere near him so I had to go up inside one of the buildings and look out the window. From inside there I had a decent view of him, but I couldn't hear a word he was saying. Did any fellow UCI students get a chance to hear what he said? I heard he cracked some funny jokes... I heard him call one of the question-askers a "girly man", and I heard he said "Who is your daddy and what does he do?".

I missed any other jokes he said 🙁.

Oh yeah he said something about prop 49 the after-school initiative too.

*edit* I wonder how long before imtim83 stumbles into this thread and argues that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the devil and a bad man. Oh man... that guy (imtim83) is so great! 😀
 
He is one of my favorite, if not my favorite actors. Too bad he is republican, or I could have total respect for the guy.

Heh, kinda funny. I've see Arnold walking around 3rd St. Promenade in Santa Monica with his kids and nobody even bothered him for an autograph. Sure everybody was looking at him a bit but they just let him lead his life. I've eaten at his restaurant in Santa Monica and wasn't impressed. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing?
 
hehe, i saw him too, what it was was: "come on, dont be a girly man, step up to the mic to ask your question" or something like that 😛

Hopefully, you got the "Ultimate Edition" The one that comes in the silver box. It's got a second DVD with all the special effects and stuff. I love DVDs! 😀

yes i have that one too. its great, you can watch the movie with the deleted scenes included into it. not just a deleted scenes section , but a longer movie.

its alot quicker than AT for a good chunk of the day for me. almost every day but today. heh. i think they are almost up on the monthly bandwidth or something.
