So I got these awesome tortilla chips from Trader Joe's

TJ's chip > Kirkland chips. Kirkland chips are just way too salty and inconsistent. If you luck out and get a batch with less salt, it can be good but it's too random.
 
Hmmmm. That Trader's Joe place looks sweet. Looks like they have one close by me; gonna have to check it out and grab some of those chips! How are TJ's prices? I usually shop for food at Walmart or Meijer, for comparison.

Since you seem to be such a discerning shopper, TJ's is not for you

They taste amazing plain, but I've been making nachos with shredded sharp cheddar, green onion, and Franks hot sauce. I think I'd eat a whole bag if I didn't watch myself.

BTW OP- the flaxseed is probably giving you the problems. It's very high in fiber and protein--- a gassy combination (that's the reason beans give you gas).
