Amazing phone. I have a question about Wi-Fi. Doesnt really specify in the booklet so.. I get network wi-fi (no i didnt subscribe for wifi service).. One is named ZyXEL and the other USR(and some numbers here) I connected successfully to ZyXEL, and in the booklet it said something about "t-mobile hotspot" and login and stuff, i didnt even need to login for this one. Is it free? Thats all i care about.

Whats free?

How do i know if its unsecured? Now i got a new network in the wi-fi list, called linksys. So now there are 3. And one of them has this little icon as if its "locked"

You won't be able to connect to the "locked" ones. Just try connecting to all of them and see which ones work. Any of the ones that work should be free, since they're just unsecured wi-fi networks.

Holy crap have you never used wireless before? You're connecting to your neighbors' APs, not TMobiles HotSpots.

My same reaction. It's same as if you had a PDA or laptop.

If it is broadcast and not secure it is the same as tuning in your TV to watch TV.

Rival vs. non-rival...There's only so much bandwidth (I'm sure what he's sucking in through a smart phone is negligible though)

OP: How much did you pay?
