So I got "pranked" today

So a couple of my co-workers "pranked" me today. Basically, what they did was wait until break time, someone called my phone and left a voice message. The message went something like this:
  • Hi [my real name], my name is Xxx Yyy. I was referred to you from your purchaser who works at your company [company name]. I'm calling from CDW and wanted to let you know that you have been chosen in our random drawing contest. You were entered into the contest because you buy a lot of equipment from us and we wanted to give something back. There are two prizes that you can choose from: a Dell laptop or a 24" flat panel. Please call me back at 866-###-#### and ask for me, Xxx Yyy, before this afternoon. Thanks and have a good day
So one thing really stuck out at me. The fact that the prize was a Dell laptop when CDW doesn't even sell Dell equipment. I called the number to confirm that it was a prank. Nice try though. 😎

his last words before the broken jaw was wired shut were 'I never knew that mrs. skoorb was that strong, she was like a wild tiger defending her cub'

doctors are hopeful the brain damage is minimal and he will be able to forget the prank and subsequent disaster.

Yeah, I'm hoping so too. I thought Skoorb was way to smart to do something like that. April Fool's Day is never an excuse for a morbid joke like that.

As someone who has lost a 20 day old baby from prematurity, I don't think that this is appropriate.

I understand that that you were kidding, but having a child who has any kind of medical condition or is not breathing is not funny at all.
