So I got new braces today . . .

Easy. Go to the pharmacy and look for elastics (they attach to your braces to ease the pain). Get the strongest ones you can find and attach it to the little hooks on the braces sort of near your canines.

i had some before, but i didnt wear the retainer afterwards, so i had to get a new set

cant, i have a new type of bracket that doesnt have a hook . . .
