So I got evicted from my apartment

So anyways, we have a big ass balcony and have had fun and crazy times on there. I got served an eviction notice Thursday. What happened is someone moved in next door that friday and they saw my roomate having sex on the balcony and complained to the complex. So they got moved to a different unit and we got served the papers.

Give me a break, this is known as a party complex. So we have to move out by the 31st. We already have a new place so its all gravy.

So for anyone who cares, have fun
 
You can't contest that based on the fact that it's just their word and no "hard proof"? :laugh:. Seems a little unfair.

I think having sex on a porch is potential "indecent exposure" charges. I think they can kick you out that minute.
 
Sounds like your an ass. You ever stop and think that some of your neighbors have kids or would like to get some sleep so they can work? People like you are the reason I'm so glad I bought a house. I'll let your kind have the "party" apartments.
 
I was once evicted from an apartment I didn't live in. It does sound like your an ass and don't give a damn about your neighbors.
 
Sounds messed up that it ended that way. Since they evicted you so soon, why not dispute that issue in court?

If only people like you always got kicked out of apartments. It's one thing to have a loud party every so often, it's completely different to be willfully ignorant of your neighbors and do whatever the hell you want because it's a "party complex." You need to grow up and stop acting like a child.
