I got the call from the Air Canada recruiter to offer me a part time position as a customer service and sales agent. I was pretty psyched about it all day, I can't wait to start training on monday. It's cool because this will be my second part-time job right now for the summer so I can save up for tuition in September.

the benefits are great for a part-time job!

just curious, any Air Canada employees on the forums with any comments/feedback?

well I get the full details on monday, but from what I remember from the recruiter:

-health benefits

-after 6 months, you get travel benefits from air canada, as well as some partner companies in the travelling industry..

Great, all you need is 2 more part-time jobs and George W. Bush will call you a fine example of an American!

-health benefits (but no dental unless i become full-time i think)

-after 6 months, you can go anywhere Air Canada flies as long as you pay the airport taxes, provided that there are free seats on the plane :D (and you can get discounted hotel rates from select companies)

edit: oh, and I get 10 vouchers for travel companions for when I travel, so my friends can get free tickets as long as they travel with me hehe

where in ontario? You know...michigan isn't too far away...
