well, today i got a weight incline/flat/decline bench that has the bar lock on it for bench press. its also got the leg extension and leg curl thing. so now im looking for some workout schedules for a beginner, just general workouts. does anyone have any good sites for new people? i heard you can do most important exercises with a bench. im looking around askmen.com right now. thanks!
