New office chairs!

Text

I had a 'slow sinker' for the past few months, and this new chair is so kickass. It's even all green and recyclable and all that crap.

Yay.

I just saw the office episode where someone left a present in Michael's office, this is the first thing I thought of when I read the title

Bizarre. I have the same chair. I really don't care for it - it's almost like it has too much lumbar support so my upper back doesn't hit the chair even if I lean back.

Hmmm... I donno man... compared to my old chair this amazing...

You know about the slow sinkers? the chairs you gotta raise up every 2-3 hours because they gradually sink back down over the day?

Yeah, they suck.

I thought present = pink slip

Nah, I think my company figured out how to be recession proof a while ago... make sure 90% of your clients are government or universities, two entities that will never run out of money to spend.

I've been pretty lucky - I work in IT, so if I don't like my chair I just trade it out for another one. I've never worked for a company that gave out broken chairs..

....but yeah, they do suck. Having a bad chair irritates the crap out me, lol.

My first thought is that someone took a dump in your cube.

Same. I have to say I'm a little disappointed with how things have turned out here.

Man, wishing someone took a dump in my office, that I got fired, whats with all the hate?

Do you even have an office, that chair says no. 😛

True story, but nobody here has an office, even the most important folk. And they have the same chair as me.

We're very communist here.

That's why the US gov't like to do business with you. 😉

Since some of us are on the subject of The Office, there was also an episode where they got new chairs too... How's your printer working out for you DSP 😛

I got to work and found a pile of kleenex and an empty bottle of Hennigans. Gonna have to ask George about this...
