Fiber isn't a laxative. It doesn't make you poop...

no but a lot of fiber is like a brick....as it travels through your system everything in front of it has no place to go including air, gas, odor and solid material and gets shoved on out.....quite an unpleasant experience if you over indulge in fiber and are at work all day.

Yes, nectar is much thicker. It's almost like juice that is reduced a bit.

So, why did you take a natural diuretic/laxative? I mean, prune juice is for constipation :p

Well see, I have this odd problem.

I want to go running in the mornings to get back into shape a bit. However, when I've run lately, I find that no matter what I do to prepare, I get about 3-4km away from home, then I have to go really badly. It makes the run home quite unpleasant. It doesn't matter if I make sure to go just before I run, what I eat the day before, etc.

So this time I figured I'd try to clean myself out the night before.

One time I ate like half a bag of dried apricots. I didn't even sleep that night.
