What are you? The Incompentent Crusader? Stupid incompetent people NEED to be fired more often. what social causes are you referring to? your business operates in a community of people, & must conform to community standards (as set out in law). I think it is pretty reasonable for a community to set minimum wage laws, unfair dismissal laws, etc.
