did you even bother giving constructive feedback? if she kept "doing mistakes" then obviously you didn't get thru to her. pretty disgusting, in my opinion, sacking someone for "mistakes"

you feel "kinda bad"..?

you must be one of those "sociopaths in business" we keep hearing so much about..

zero ability to empathize, callous disregard for the other's wellbeing, etc etc.

edit: did you torture small animals, or light fires, when you were a kid? (serious question)

I agree; what the left-wing Democrats did to Mike Brown is a travesty.

I repeated the instructions for what she is doing countless times, and she is clueless anyways!!! I even told her to write down my insturctions so she can get back to it in case she forgets...

not only that, she made a huge mistake on Friday (not gonna bother with the details), that was probably the straw that broke the camel's back

pfft.

in a business they are there to make money. mistakes cost time and money. a mistake every now and then is ok. but if its bad you need to let the person go or move them to a diffrent postition.

I want you to work patiently with her, until she gets it right..

OR, give her a formal warning, then another formal warning, and then maybe CONSIDER firing her after the third mistake..

OR, acknowledge you are hopeless as a trainer, and get someone else in the company to do what you are incapable of doing yourself (i.e., train others)

people like you give management in business a bad name :|

just try to at least 'behave' like a real human being with feelings and emotionals and concern for others, k?

well, if you were a so-called "normal" human being capable of experiencing the full range of human emotions, including being capable of empathizing with others in distress, you would feel sadness, regret, guilt.. the fact that you feel pretty much nothing at all is a testament to your essentially sociopathic nature.. in a very real sense, you are not actually fully "human" (in the same way a serial killer isn't human, the ability to empathise with others just isn't there).

LOL!

I was VERY patient with her.. I kept repeating instructions to her.. but still she doesnt get it EVER!

by the way, this is not the only thing that I am doing.. this is just ONE project I am working on.. I cant be wasting too much time on this one project

three formal warnings, then fire? wow you must work in the government or some socialist company... I or my company dont have time to do this.. especially if she is a clerical worker

She was a temp.

so that means she doesn't need to pay the bills, she doesn't have feelings, and she can be treated like the replaceable business resource she really is?
