So I am totalling digging Skype!

I hardly ever make calls, so Skype is exactly what I needed. My problem is now that I am job hunting I need a number for people to call me on. But $60/year sounds a little steep. Does anyone know of a better deal than that?

Its been 17 days since I filed my claim and still no word from them.

Vonage has a plan most people don't know about for ~5 or 6 dollars per month (I can't remember what its called) for unlimited incoming and 6 cents a minute for outgoing. I find the convenience of using my normal phones worth it.

You have one the most fd up situations here then. Broke but has internet. skype but not the $5 a month. 0 cell reception. Backwoods in alaska has some reception.
