they're surging at the right time. Fleury is playing great too. It will be interesting to see how Gino plays in the playoffs this year (assuming they'll make it in!)... he's taken a lot of heat for his no-show in the finals last year.
If the seedings hold, it's going to be a great Flyers-Pens series. Biron's hot at the right time too, but damn does he still let in a soft one now and then. He absolutely had to stop the equalizer against the Wings earlier this week, didn't, and ended up losing the game. Two of the Wings' goals were good goals, but the middle one was just soft.
The Pens have chemistry problems, but I don't know how anyone can blame Malkin. He's the 2nd best player in the league, and easily the best on his own team. If anything, the Pens have to be a little happy that there isn't anyone on the Flyers' D to really rattle their top forwards this year. Jason Smith and Hatch, while both on their decline last season, at least had a bit of a dirty streak. This year? Better hope we score more goals than the other team, because outside of our top pair, we don't have any defense to speak of.

BTW - It looks to me like the Pens are finally being productive on all thier lines. I say the 'guins take the flyers. I hate all the old Patrick div teams especially the Flyers and Rangers, oh and Nj.

After three years of consecutive high finishes in fantasy leagues, I tried a whole new strategy for drafting... I don't think I've ever seen someone so as badly in a fantasy hockey league as I'm doing this year in the ATOT pool. Goddamn. 😛

Erroneous! Erroneous! Erroneous on both accounts!
My best performance was two years ago, when I forgot to do the draft and 1/4 of my team was on IR at the beginning of the season. I think I ended up in 4th in the regular season, and thanks to some misfortune for my opponents I ended up the playoff champion. Dumb luck for me... I think there were some key injuries that screwed my opponents or something like that.
