So I almost soiled myself last night....

Long story short, I was out celebrating a friends birthday and it was around 12:30. I decided that it was time to leave the bar and goto bed because I had class early this morning. So as I walk out a girl stops me and says hello, and it's my Ex GFs best friend. I must have looked just dumb as hell as I just stared at her. All I could think about was please don't let me Ex be standing like 3 girls back from her. Luckily she wasn't although I damn near crapped myself when I saw her friend. I still don't want to have anything to do with her, and so far I have been able to not run into her since the end of December.... Hopefully the streak will continue.

Anyone else have any similar experiences?

My ex left me about 6 months ago but we're still in school. I see her around sometime but i just want to ignore her

I was able to talk to her for a little bit, but it was awkward and nervous as hell.... cause I was worried my Ex was gonna be around

Sounds like you might want/have to address something with her if you're still avoiding her after all this time...I too didn't want to see my ex after we broke up, especially fearing the situation where I see her and another guy, but if it's been that long, you shouldn't have to live your life in fear every time you go out.

Do her best friend or something, that'll make you feel better.
