More of a kids cereal full of sugar and it makes the milk horrible but if I recall they go stale very fast although I have not had these for over a decade so who knows now.

I remember seeing a while ago that someone was actually selling 'cereal' milk. Apparently they put sugary cereal like fruit loops or fruity pebbles or whatever in it, then strain it, throw the cereal in the trash, and use it to cook shit.
