My day was pretty good. I think AdamK trolled me a little but his story plot was pretty good......assuming the suicide part plays out. He probably had to freeze the ketchup so posts in the AM.

Did 1hr on the bike this AM and 20 min on the elliptical tonight. Too worn out to do more and I should have been lifting but was too lazy. Maybe lifting in the AM.

The in-laws are having their estate sale tomorrow. I have to be at work.:sadpanda;

Going to CO next week. We'll see.

Ok, MOST of my days are lazy...so fuck you all...but I drove to central CA and back over 3 days. Average about 600 miles per day. Nothing record making...in my younger years, I'd have done the drive in one day each way... BUT, nowadays, 600 miles per day is plenty. Today...I ain't doing shit...except snoozing and eating.

eff, amazing. They owned an antique/2nd hand store for 35 years. ex., There are probably 200 Hummels in the house. ~5Ksqft of the mil bringing home what she wanted from the store.



Side story time: Some years back, the wife and I were stuck waiting for the in-laws at their house. The wife starts asking about Christmas...some unnamed smart ass says that she should pick up an item or 2 and re-gift them. Christmas, "Oh, my. I just love this piece." lololol and it helps that my mil can't hear and she knows I'm giving her grief.

We've had rain for damned months (S.C.)...seriously, my lawn loves it. So do the mosquitos. I've got a fogger that I put malathion in and it's not keeping up.

My day could have been pretty bad but it was ok. I'm on night shifts, woke up around 2pm from my UPSes going off. Power outage. I go turn off stuff that's not important. The server UPS is good for 4 hours and I was planing to get up in 2-3 hours so let that one go, and thankfully that one does not beep.

Curious I check FB to see if anyone else has a power outage. Turns out it's a big chunk of northern Ontario. Possibly a 500kv feeder. I'm thinking oh great it's going to be insane at work. Ended up restoring by the time I got up and when I got to work pretty much any residual stuff related to it was gone.

So overall, pretty good day!
