I'm doin' great !!
Just got home from my best friends sons wedding.

Good music
Good food
Good beer,

And, most importantly, good friends!! . . . some that I have known for 30+ years!!

I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday Afternoon / Evening

After a good steak, salad, potato dinner. Watched a half decent movie and then of course went on a IRC Tech Support Room. Some guy calls me a noob, and it ends up I am banned. Oh well, next year I do take Cisco of course. May I have your IP Flamer? :evil:

Excellent. My younger sis and I took her pretty li'l '66 Mustang and drove 6 hours to Kentucky on Thursday and spent two nights there. Purpose of trip: meeting Zenmervolt in person for the first time. We hung out at the Corvette Museum and Mammoth Caves National Park, just messing around and having fun. Definitely a good trip, even minus the A/C in the car (I'm spoiled, used to my 2000 with all the amenities) but MAN that car drives nicely. It was a good trip, we just got back, and now I'm hanging out here in Arkansas for another week and a half before going back to California. Oh, and ZV is definitely an awesome friend to have fun with.

Wow. Judging by your and Zemnervolt's previous posts, I thought you guys were like , childhood bestest friends and stuff. You've never met until now? Gee....I was mistaken. That's cool. I 'm glad you are having a nice time.

There's at least half a dozen Aters I want to meet in person. After so many years, posts, PMs and emails, you feel like you know them like a brother.

I have few regrets from my life; one of them is dropping out of college. In hindsight, it would've been much better to accrue the student loans and get the degree than it was to drop out to work...and get laid-off two years later.

We had a great time. Unfortunately, I can't upload pics at the moment, at my parents' house. There really are some incredibly neat people on this board, that's all I can say. I've met several of them. Those people who don't believe you can have "real" relationships over the internet don't know what the heck they're talking about.

I agree with you. (Did I just say that? :Q) Since I've been here, I"ve corresponded with several individuals, to include pics of births and family get togethers. It's been a wonderful ride. Glad you had a nice time.
