i love tax breaks, but I'll love them more once I'm not in college anymore.

EDIT: i don't love tax breaks as much as I love a flat tax, though.
 
Huge tax cuts make me, in terms of macro economics, nervous. Your children are going to be paying off the debt GWB et al are generating now.

we could always cut some govt. spending...that's a thought.
 
as much as i like getting more money back ... taxes shouldnt be cut unless the government can afford it. Right now ... i dont think its a good idea. Maybe AFTER the national debt is paid off ... when we dont have to pay boatloads on interest ... that would be a good time to do so. Of course that money may be better spent on helping people who are mentally challanged and or ill with getting job training and simple jobs, better quality inner city schools, and more government spending to help poor college students make ends meet.
