So how crappy is the winter in Toronto?

Speaking as someone who has barely even experienced snow in their life, how would someone like me handle the winter there? Will I go insane and go on a rampage?

I have a job offer there, and I'm considering it. The biggest problem is your climate which seems.....tough. Is the climate there something that really puts you in a depressed state?

Just buy a nice coat, scarves, and gloves. You learn to deal with the cold. Edit: And a winter cap!

It's not too bad. Regular winter clothing can get you past anything here (some days are better in long johns or dual pants though).

Depends if you have a place where you need to shovel the driveway or not. If you do and it's anything like last winter, chances are you'll be dead by February.
