I did not say anything about the red sox's streaky pitching. I was just saying that for a 180 million payroll the team's pitching could be alot better. The yanks def will win the division but they will have trouble in the post season with their pitching.
Thats not how they will get him. Randy Johnson will force them to give him to the Yanks. No-Trade Clause means he can go anywhere he wants, unless Diamondbacks are willing to pay him 16 mil next year along with his 8 this year.

You and your fans are ignorant because everytime the red sox do something that no one else does you just automatically think it's "stupid @ss". Might I remind you of Cowboy Up? The Hair styles? Even when their player isn't around because he is in the Dominican Republic, they get a life sized bobble head, and they ended up winning that game. Thus the bobble head became a good luck charm, not some stupid @ss arrogant display. I never saw the yankees do anything for Kevin Brown or Giambi while they were sick with parasites. Or anything for their players to show they care about one another.
Which leads me to my second point, do you really think any of the players on your yankees team have good relationships, such as Ortiz and Manny? I don't think so (face it, your players are there for the money), and don't even try to say arod and jeter because we all know arod wants to play SS. The only thing you might be able to say is Gordon and Sheffield's mustaches. The only reason your players play so well is because they've already established themselves before they went to the yankees. Let's take a look at the players (excluding the already mentioned rotation). We'll put them under 3 categories, made (as in they established themselves in NY) or paid or N/A.
