They really wanted to give Cowher and Bettis a ring.

And make "Detroit" happy.

I was a bit concerned going into the game when I saw a commercial discussing how "The Bus" was an "NFL Champion" of some kind prior to the game starting when he had yet to win one title in his NFL career.

So uh ... about the WFT spoiling the Steelers perfect season.

Who would have seen that coming huh?
absolutely NO ONE.
I thought it would be close but Pittsburgh would prevail.

This game really had a turning point on that drive at the beginning of the 2nd half. If Cam Sims doesn't make that third down conversion, I'd say the Steelers would still be undefeated.

I must admit I was fully expecting a Steeler blow-out.

Thoughts re: Cowboys/Ravens tonight?
Cowboys are fresh, Ravens have to deal with wacky schedule.

Zeke will still have butterfingers.

I think I'll take a Cowboys upset. 23-20, nailbiter bomb at the end.

(I am a very bad predictor, so I would expect something completely different as the end result)

Sounds reasonable ... I'm going to say Dallas threatens an upset but Baltimore comes back and takes it in the 4th quarter.

Really though just hoping for an entertaining game! :)

Lol, McCarthy did not use a damn timeout for some reason. Not that I'm complaining about a rival losing.

As a 60+year Pittsburgh fan, I hate the ravens..,but as a football lover, I also hate the Cowboys...besides, there just isn't much better than the look on Jerry's face when his cowboys lose.

Is it me or have there been more missed kicks this season then in the last several? Special teams play is in the tank all over the league!

and yet oddly, cody parkey is surprisingly not terrible

at least he's the best i've seen on the browns since we had phil dawson

granted we don't dare use him over 50 yards

Zuerlein misses #3 for the day. Nobody cares about their kicker until they have a shitty one.

edit: Lamar is really inaccurate. Seen him throw a few balls in the dirt today.

Lamar is not a big threat to carve up a D. He misses a lot that is going on in the field.
