So has the PS3 craze calmed down now?

Who the hell goes to Walmart every day and monitors these things? OP, do you have a problem?

PS3's all over here. Wal-Mart had seven or eight, GameStop had six, Target employee said they had them stacked up in the back, but could not even sell the ones that were on display in the store.

Not a Wii in sight, though.

Nope but anytime I go to wal mart I run by the electronics section to see if I see anything I feel like buying. And I just noticed that there was some ps3s. I usually go at least once a day to buy food or something

Another Walmart shopper here. As I posted in another thread...They had 3 PS3's. One was a returned PS3. As I got there they were unloading 6 Wii's. I meandered around electronics for a few minutes just to see what would happen. In less than 5 minutes they had sold 3 of the Wii's. As I was leaving electronics a 4th was being rung up. Crazy sh!t I tell you

Talked to one of the other nurses about it last night. He tried all X-mas season to find a Wii for his kids but no luck. He refuses to buy a PS3 since he's got a X360 and in his words my 360 can do everything a PS3 can do.

He wants a Wii for his kids(obvious reasons) and for himself to play Madden and Wii Sports.

Well, I said it long ago that it would be a buzz and then a quick bust kind of thing. Pretty much turned out to be right. Who knows what the long haul has in store for the PS3.
