A Beef Wellington w/ a light Bernaise sauce and side of mushroom risotto.

Sorry, I've seen one too many Gordon Ramsay shows and I just can't take it anymore - just thought I'd share!!

I had a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and cheddar cheese topped with some dinosaur bbq pulled pork with extra bbq sauce and a side of corn on the cob. mmmm mmm good.

mmm...sounds like a delicious heart attack. 😀

That's one dirty oven, lol

Made chicken paprikash tonight, perfect meal as it's starting to get cold. Tomorrow is Guinness beef stew.

Made velveeta, rotel tomato, and ground beef dip for a gameday snack and ended up filling up on it. I don't feel very healthy right now...

Take pics and post so we can all salivate and get hungry...

Wellington in the oven

Bernaise sauce on the stove (notice the double-boiler approach...)

pics when it's actually done cooking

Beef Wellington, ready to serve

Wellington, Medium-Rare = DONE!

looks delicious. stop taunting this college student with your home cooked meals. I'll gladly trade you some home-cooked ramen for that

That Beef Wellington looks good.

I broiled about 10 lbs. of Lemon Pepper Chicken, made about 4 quarts of Pilaf, and some garlic green beans. I'd say we're set for the week.
