I love how people with crystal balls can predict what Trayvon's future would be and therefore it's ok to kill him. First, many teens (black and white) emulate the 'thug life' culture and smoke weed.
Which is plenty enough reason to be suspicious and have cops come make contact, if you don't recognize or know them. I didn't say it was enough to shoot him, and that's not why he got shot, either. He got shot for, you know, 'imma handle this creepy cracker mahsef, wit mah gold toofs, gangsta style'. That's what got him shot.

Fixed.

What got him shot was a scared ass " crackah " runnin around in place's he doesn't belong.

Yea, non black couldn't say it like he did. Had to be said, more need to say it.

The part in particular about the black leaders is the most important point he made, get those savage race baiting MF'rs out of the black community and for gods sake stop letting them represent the black community. Current black leaders who race bait simply destroy communities to feed their need for fame and attention.

1. You need to reread your post.
2. What proof do you have that this is what TM was thinking?

This guy says he didn't see TM throw any punches. http://www.ibtimes.com/george-zimme...artin-was-top-zimmerman-during-fight-1327855# And your other points don't prove TM thought he was 'tough shit'.

Somehow you come across as a No Justice No Peace type moron.

John Good said he saw the guy on top (who he believed to be TM) raining blows down on GZ MMA style. He said he didn't see fist to face contact, he said it out of an abundance of caution.

But figure it out FFS, it's not a mystery and you shouldn't force yourself to jump through hoops to avoid obvious conclusions.

Pretty sure even real bona fide thugs occasionally have a penchant for sweets and soft drinks. I mean, there is no 'thug's code' that says you're looking like a bitch when exiting a convenience store with anything less than red meat, cigars, and booze.

I can deduce it from the evidence, which is perfectly consistent with everything GZ said happened. Even "Diamond Eugene" (BTW, all the girls I knew in HS went by a ghetto handle, and by all I mean exactly ZERO) confirmed it was TM who spoke first (initiated verbal contact). TM had an abrasion on his knuckles, zero evidence of being on his back in terms of grass, dirt, or moisture on the back of his shirt (like GZ did), and no other injuries as GZ did.

And lastly, we have the hundred TM supporters/defenders (being of the same mindset) that I've seen essentially vindicate GZ's version of events, without even knowing it, by claiming they would do exactly what GZ claim's TM did. i.e. they would duck behind some bushes, and when the creepy cracker got close, jump-out and beat his ass down. IOW, even TM's defenders find that GZ's version of that night is MOST BELIEVABLE to them.

Nice first insult. I am trying to see facts and get others to see facts and not speculate. For the record I don't think the prosecution did a good enough job and thus reasonable doubt was left. Therefore the jury had to acquit. Doesn't mean GZ is innocent. Again nobody knows what happened. It is a shame that the police didn't take this more seriously from the jump and gather all evidence in the beginning and arrest GZ.

Food for thought. Who had the MMA training? TM or GZ?

It was TM with MMA training, and loved to fight. Choke on that!

How good was he? I think his instructor estimated his skill to be "1 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10" didn't he? On the flip side a witness said that Trayvon was delivering "mma style" blows to zimmerman. He changed his story later, so who knows what the truth is. It's pretty clear that TM was kicking GZs ass at some point though. :whiste:

The prosecution did a great job, even going as far as to drag their feet with discovery requests by the defense and may get sanctioned for it. What else did they have? Experts around the country have commented that the evidence barely met the burden for even allowing the case to proceed to trial under the charge of 2nd degree murder, particularly when an affirmative defense was raised. i.e. 2nd degree murder was a long shot. Manslaughter would have required the jury to completely discount or reject that GZ was defending himself, or had any reason to fear for his safety, which would have required the jury to be convinced that GZ somehow got all those injuries by falling in the shower, tripping over a rug in the living room, or maybe he just beat himself up.

GZ. I think we agree that the eye witness account of TM raining blows down on GZ MMA style is significant and the fact that GZ had MMA training is not regarding who was attacking who during the assault between TM and GZ.

If anything, GZ's MMA training and the lack of injuries on TM (apart from the gunshot) may give indication that GZ sought to avoid physical contact and a trajic ending to the encounter.

Also, GZ's bone chilling cries for help during the 45 seconds where TM continued to assault him indicate where each involved person was coming from. If GZ screams for help, it's somewhat difficult to reconcile that with his desire to kill TM. He fired because he had to, not because he wanted to.

Interesting Video. What does DG stand for? I saw it on his shades.

It is what it is..

Oh and how is he recording that, he have some sort of waist camera holder?

Today a belligerent woman approached me (totally unsolicited) with "Treyvon was framed" written in black marker on her backpack. First, she asked me if I was Jewish. WTF? When I said, "no and why do you ask," she told me "oh, because I wanted to know what your comments are on Trevyon." Huh?

Obviously I changed the subject and wouldn't let her bait me into conversation. I guess popular culture news doesn't interest me or have my concern. Just let me know if you are ready to loot and/or riot, so I can gingerly move out of the way.

I have seen so many Trayvon supporters using support for Zimmerman as a litmus test for racism. I use support for Trayvon as a litmus test for stupidity. Every single time someone starts telling me why Zimmerman should be convicted they immediately start contradicting the tenants of freedom with responsible rule of law including presumption of innocence and facts/evidence.

For example, "witnesses" who heard a scream and then saw Trayvon dead and assumed the boy was the one screaming are obviously not witnesses to the event who can confirm anything for us about who screamed. They made the same dumb assumption as everyone else and then started demanding his arrest based on "witnesses" saying this. 🙄 His arrest was an example of mob rule.

I love how people with crystal balls can predict what Trayvon's future would be and therefore it's ok to kill him. First, many teens (black and white) emulate the 'thug life' culture and smoke weed. Even if he was a criminal, who cares? All he was doing at the time was 'walking while black'. That was enough to get him stalked by Mr. Supercop.
Stop it. You know there was plenty of extra reason for Zimmerman, who's task is to be observant, to be suspicious. You are also playing with moments. "All he was doing" at the time of the shot was attacking the shooter. If you think that's not relevant than you could just say that all anyone who was ever justifiably killed was "only being born." Yeah, that's "all he was doing." 🙄

So professional that he couldn't even say who he was.
How do you know that he didn't try while being attacked?

How about we just start mass killing anyone that 'looks' like a thug? Or anyone that smokes weed? Because it's only a matter of time before they commit a crime right? Let's be proactive!
How about we just ignore people doing suspicious-looking things in a place they don't live even when you are the one tasked with watching for such things.

The reason he was shot was because he was attacking Zimmerman. Period. No more of this "walking while black" crap.

Lot's of teens emulate what the current "style" is, at 17 it's kinda hard to tell which way his life would have turned, the outrage was just that at the time he was walking home with some snacks and wound up being profiled and stalked by GZ. You can't deny that if TM was white chances are that GZ ignores him or calls the cops then continues on home.
And that's perfectly fine because he wouldn't have fit the description of the prowlers known to be there. Varying circumstance can and should have varying response. "Racism" STILL not found.

Hard to argue with a lot of what he said, but I think it would come across better with less venom, less disgust to it.

I'm really disappointed in how many people are acting about the verdict. Likening TM's death to the murder of Emmitt Till is a disgrace to the civil rights movement, I'm kinda shocked people are going to that length. Show me a person who believes they are in any way comparable, and I'll show you a fucking idiot.

TM thought he was tough shit and attacked someone, paying the price for his aggression.

Emmitt Till was a victim of outraged rednecks, hurt no one, and his murder occured over comments made to a white girl.

It's an insult to Till's memory to liken his death with TM's, and reprehensible as hell to try and frame TM's death as the same kind of racist catastrophe as Till's murder. Shame on these racist muckrakers.

I agree, but it's spelled Emmett Till.
I know because he and I have the same less-common spelling. No, I was named after my father but Ichinisan was named after the first black governor of the US Virgin Islands. :hmm:

Where is there proof of this? Or are you taking the word of the only person that is living that had a lot to lose? No one knows exactly what happened.
Are you so willfully ignorant to ignore that there was another witness and PLENTY of physical evidence including injuries?

This guy says he didn't see TM throw any punches. http://www.ibtimes.com/george-zimme...artin-was-top-zimmerman-during-fight-1327855# And your other points don't prove TM thought he was 'tough shit'.
Yup. Willfully ignorant. You CHOSE to only consider punches. 🙄 Newsflash: Unless you are some kind of trained fighter, bashing someone's head into the sidewalk works a lot better once someone you are attacking is on the ground beneath you.

1. You need to reread your post.
2. What proof do you have that this is what TM was thinking?

His ACTIONS and racist statements to his girlfriend. Why are you so aversive to obvious conclusions?

I find it extremely difficult to agree with anybody that likens me to a moron. I am not expert on the trial but from what I understand once again here we have another instance of assuming/guessing what happened. Nobody in the trial could agree that it was GZ or TM screaming on those tapes.

Another assumption by you: George and John, the only two actual witnesses, agreed. :colbert:

I find it very hard to believe with today's technology and no one could perform a sound wave analysis on the tape. And that if the prosecution, for one second, believe it was advantageous for them and didn't go for the analysis...

What were the 'extra reasons' for GZ? As far as I know, TM was black (can't help that) walking home with snacks dressed in a hoodie. I don't even think he had his gold teeth in. 🙄 If you thought someone creepy was following you, would you go straight to your house? If you felt you were cornered, what would you do? I'm not saying GZ should ignore someone suspicious. He should have called the police and let them handle it which is what our tax dollars are for. And everybody wants to paint TM as this 'thug' let's not forget that GZ has a history of violence/anger problems.

From what I remember hearing the science is not proven enough so the judge didn't allow it.

Then you obviously don't know enough to have a single valid observation to add to the discussion. If you know you are ignorant and continue talking as you do anyway then you are part of the problem. You asked, so here are some other things that made him suspicious:

He was walking through various people's lawns along their houses despite a provided sidewalk. He was cutting between houses on private property. He was not wearing his hood up despite the rain which made it appear that these other actions were not an attempt to shortcut or avoid rain (turns out it was likely due to being on the phone). He fit the description of the prowlers/burglars. He was recognizably not one of the residents of the gated community (Zimmerman was familiar with the few black residents there). Ignoring race is silly.

I don't even think he had his gold teeth in. 🙄 If you thought someone creepy was following you, would you go straight to your house? If you felt you were cornered, what would you do? Like he said on the 911 recording: The police didn't catch the previous perps. Also, PDs are typically funded with fines and confiscations instead of tax dollars. As for the "that's what [X] is for" argument, what he did is what Neighborhood Watches are for. 🙄

And everybody wants to paint TM as this 'thug' let's not forget that GZ has a history of violence/anger problems.
Despite your facetiously critical depiction of Trayvon's image being dragged through the mud, you clearly do not practice what you preach. There is nothing in his background showing a history of violence toward strangers or black people. There is a lot showing the EXACT OPPOSITE.
