so decided to take a cheap test booster daa.. any advice ideas thoughts?

with very little research. purchased 12 lbs serious mass protien calorie drink mix, 500 grams daa (from what I have seen proven testosterone booster ), anti estrogen (dim) and some creatine .

planning on working out two hours every other day if my body can recover. not sure what the exersizes should be but today did squat row bench overhead press... five sets of five each.. feel really good lots energy. I'm wondering what exersizes I should be doing. my goal is purely bigger looking upper body.. I bench about 180 5x5


so any ideas on a routine and amounrs of shakes and stuff.. i guess this is wrong place to ask but i can make a journal . i am hoping the test boost hekps qith school work as well as recovery

i have had huge amounts of food and serious mass and still feel hungry bad.. 🙂

So it has been one week. I dont really feel any difference. Better mood faster recovery. Not sure how much serious mass i should be drinking. my belly does feel bigger today 😉 Work outs are about hour and half and sleep has been around 5 hours to 6 hourst on good day. Wish anyone had any ideas or tips. I am taking about 3grams in morning and 3 grams at night of DAA. No anti arom yet figure i go a week more with out them and then throw them in the mix too. If no one cares and reads this i guess its for my self. I know we all want test boosters. This one was only 30 bux i think for 500 grams. seems very economical.

Well good luck. There's some folks with knowledge and experience with that sort of stuff around here, and you're asking in the right place, but most have absolutely no need of boosting their testosterone. And most have no desire to unless there's a verified need for health reasons.
 
feeling great and have lots of focus and energy. Seems like the DAA is working great or maybe just placebo. Gained a few pounds fat from the serious mass.. Not sure about cutting and bulking so will google that next how long each cycle should be and what i should do while cutting etc. Recovery times seem to have sped up greatly. not sure if it is the extra calories tho or DAA or both etc..
 
My opinion would be to cut the Serious Mass and make your own weight gainers. I used to use Serious Mass as well, and I felt like it made me mostly "just fat".

I switched to making these, and when I was lifting, tried to drink one a day:

2 cups of vitamin D milk
1 cup of rolled oats
2 scoops of whey
2 tbps of olive oil

It doesn't taste the best, but it has some serious calories and IMO, a little better nutrient profile. SEIROUZ MASZ is just whey mixed with some flavored maltodextrin. It's good when you're in a hurry, but I wouldn't use it as a crutch.

thanks first advice so far 😉 i have some whey to use after this.. been mixing the 1250 calorie serious mass with milk already but i use 1% or 2%. tastes so good like a milk shake i know it cant be good for me if it tastes good.
 
lots of eggs and turkey, chicken breast ,peanut butter, walnuts, almonds, candy, soda, shrimp, fish, dont keep track of anything as far as calories and fat. i really should for a week Starting 2marro

That isn't too bad. The sugars aren't optimal but hey... my only extra recommendation would be to incorporate some sort of micro nutrients into your diet — fruits and veggies.

Just love the taste of the Serious mass but incorporated your shake minus the oil (do i have to put it in? i put olive oil in all my cooking)

Feel like recovery from lifting is about 24 hours (but have been doing 48 rest) i have no idea if its more from DAA or the calories or the Creatine but it is definitely working. Have been taking about 4g in morning and 2 at night or just 5 in morning and none at night depending if the night ever ends. (often work from 6pmto 6am..)
 
The oil isn't necessary. I just put it in for extra calories. You could easily just put in natural peanut butter as well. I've been doing that lately and enjoy it more.
 
Cycling off it for 4 days now.. i can tell the test is lower than it was.. i could have sex like 6 times day before now its like 2 😉 not to mention more sore after work outs cant think as well and way more tired.. . doing a 3 week on 1 week off cycle. also i was taking to much DAA according to some peoples attempts. when start taking again i will do 3.3grams instead of 5 i was doing ;X

thats psychological. you'll only lower testosterone if taking steroids, DAA is not a steroid it can only increase your natural output, has no way to suppress its

anywhere from 3-6g DAA is pretty common also... i dont think anyone should take this looking for steroid like results though, its a very mild booster, like all the natural test boosters.
to be honest the biggest use of it is for people who've come off using steroids and wish to restart their natural production quicker
 
This is not psychological, if it can raise it then indeed it would be lower than the raised amounts when cycling off right?


also of course its not steroid results. Just taking it for mental benifits and everything else is bonus. Ive never even consider using real steroids, tho someone overheard me talking about DAA and they offered me a whole list of steroid things i had no idea what they where. They said they would cost the same amount as the GNC stuff so i asked if it was 40 bux for two months supply and me and friend laughed as he walked away. (im cracking up now thinking about it)

Started taking it again 2 days ago havnt felt anything really yet, last time it was 4 days into it that felt but i am now taking about 3-4g instead of 5-6 /me rolls eyes haha..
