Terminal Services is pretty damn good, however it doesn't work the same as VNC for me. At some points, I need the computer I'm manipulating to be displaying the exact screen that I see remotely.
 
PS - Ultr@VNC is the best VNC iteration, imho, because it's had the hook driver for a while, supports file transfer, tight compression, chat, Active Directory authentication, and a slew of other features that are pretty cool.
