I just read the article on the toshiba noteook and it says that it uses a regular PC processer. Well, if you get a notebook with a mobile processer, can it still be upgraded? Has technology changed that much? Is everythign in a notebook still intergrated (sound, video, etc....)

In most laptops, the CPU is soldered on the mainboard and can therefore not be upgraded. You might be lucky, though.
