For half the day I've been getting a repetitive popup for DirectTV. Yes, I know it's from this site.

Can we put the damn ads back at the top of the page, where they belong?

You could use Mozilla....

And on an unrelated note, the forums seem to be very fast (non-subscriber)

Yup, use Mozilla.

And I have noticed the forums seem much faster today.

Pity that they'll be gone soon, the non-subscriber service hasn't been faster in a long time, and with Pop-Up stopper I'm not seeing the ads.

hmmm....It seems like anandtech forums are much faster today. If they keep it at this speed, i dont mind ONE pop up ad :p

I am letting my subscription expire, then I'll browse Anandtech with Mozilla. Subscribers get ads too. They just aren't pop ups or flashing ads.
